"Rebuilding the Europe of culture  " is the ambition expressed by Françoise Nyssen in an article published by Le Figaroon October 11, 2017. On the occasion of an informal meeting in Frankfurt with seven of her European counterparts, Minister of Culture "  presented a series of proposals designed to nourish three founding principles of Europe: protection, freedom and solidarity  ".
