The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts seeks an energized results-oriented professional with a proven track record in promoting and enhancing artistic programs on a large scale. This position will advise on financial and legislative issues affecting the arts; oversee grant contracts, organize and administer cultural projects and activities, provide a communication network for artists, art institutions and the community and act as a liaison to these groups. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of all disciplines, art history and current art trends, demonstrated ability to raise funds, identify new funding sources, a master''s degree in fine arts, and arts administration, including three years in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
