The Arts Council of Wales has received additional funding from the National Assembly to develop the work of Wales Arts International. This is a unique and well-established collaboration between the Arts Council of Wales and the British Council, whose mandate is to promote arts and artists from Wales internationally. ACW is looking to appoint a Director to lead and develop the work of Wales Arts International. Dynamic and motivated, you will possess a global vision of the arts coupled with a dedication to raising the profile of Wales and its cultural endeavours internationally; you will also have the skills and possibly the contacts to establish successful joint initiatives and partnerships internationally and across the UK. The post offers a competitive salary commensurate with the importance of the role, and also offers significant opportunity for regular international travel.
