The Cultural Trust is a new statewide funding program designed to preserve and strengthen culture for all Oregonians, with the goal to raise $200 million and invest approximately $90 million new dollars into Oregon's arts, humanities and heritage over the next 10 years. Working closely with the Oregon Secretary of State and the Cultural Trust Board, the Executive Director will serve as the chief executive officer of the Cultural Trust. The Executive Director will have broad management authority over all of the functions and activities of the Cultural Trust, including fund development, communications and public outreach. The successful candidate will possess experience in large-scale fundraising and coalition building; a knowledge of arts, heritage and humanities; and the ability to lead a new program in its inception.
