Based in the Southern and South East Arts office . You will contribute to the development of regional policy and strategic planning with specific responsibility for disability arts and arts and disability, managing a portfolio of funded organisations and partnerships and implementing strategies to develop disability arts in the region. You will have specialist expert knowledge of disability issues, basic knowledge of a broad range of arts activity, and experience in a relevant area as a freelancer or practitioner, or within a funding body, or an arts organisation. You will have experience of managing budgets, dealing with a diverse programme of work, and excellent communication skills.
