Report on the state of cultural co-operation in Europe

The European Union has published a report on the state of cultural co-operation in Europe. The study was jointly undertaken by Interarts, Spain, and EFAH, Belgium. It analyses 31 European countries' governmental departments, Arts Councils, national cultural institutions, national cultural organisations, and any other public authorities that conduct transnational cultural cooperation.
