InSIGHT - an electronic periodical of analysis and opinion distributed bimonthly - is one of the new communication instruments launched in the Policies for Culture programme of ECUMEST and the ECF.
The publication aims to enrich the acquired capital of information and expertise, action projects and regional network in South East Europe and to diversify the modalities of addressing the process of participative policy making.
