Sweden has pledged $US 7 million to a cooperative project on traditional Vietnamese music. The project will run till 2010, with Swedish experts helping to record the music and network it in the international arena. They will also collaborate with the Vietnam Music Institute in order to train staff on how to collect folk music and the organisation of traditional music festivals. For more information, CLICK HERE.
