Documentary on the relevance of culture to city development

Examples and reflections on the relevance of cultural development to the image, quality of life and economic development of European cities are the main theme of a documentary entitled Culture Rocks the City, which has recently been released as a DVD and an online video. The 26-minute documentary, which was filmed in Barcelona, Lille, Timisoara and Zagreb, has been produced by SEETV Exchanges in the framework of a project coordinated by the European Cultural Foundation and funded by the European Commission, to which Ecumest and Interarts are also partners. The documentary film is available in English, French and in a clean international version for voice-over. It can be used free of copyrights by interested televisions.
