The 6th Meeting of Culture Ministers of the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP) will be held in Cape Verde from November 02 to 04. CPLP was founded in 1996 and comprises of Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and Principe and East Timor.
