We are delighted to release our D'Art report number 24 on ethics in cultural policy.

The D'Art was undertaken in collaboration with Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, Finland, to obtain information for a major project initiated by the Ministry to review and analyse the ethical aspects of cultural policies and possible develop a new cultural policy ethics. The research project resulted in the Ministry's publication of a major report on ethics in cultural policy entitled Fair Culture? Ethical dimension of cultural policy and cultural rights.

The D'Art report, drafted by Hannele Koivunen and Leena Marsio, summarises the research to date and outlines future directions for the project. It also provides an extract from the Ministry's Fair Culture? report. The IFACCA website has a topic page devoted to ethics in cultural policy, where you can view other resources on this topic.
