The opening ceremony of the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Festival will take place at the Vietnam Culture-Art Exhibition Centre in Hanoi tonight, November 21, with a show featuring the culture of Hue ancient capital.
Running from November 23-25, the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Festival will include two major parts: the Hue cultural week and Return to the origin Day 23/11.

The organisers chose Hue culture as the topic of the festival to celebrate the 15th year Hue ancient capital is recognised as a world cultural heritage and the 5th year Hue royal court music is recognised as an intangible masterpiece of humankind.

The festival will close on November 25 in the evening with a closing ceremony and Hue royal court music and dance show.
