The Arts and Culture Development Office (ACDO) is a new establishment in MICA. You will be part of a pioneer team that joins MICA at an exciting point in time. MICA’s recent announcement of the Renaissance City Plan III - is a master plan that maps out the next phase of our arts and cultural development and will contribute towards making Singapore a Distinctive Global City for the Arts and Culture.

In support of one of the RCP III’s key strategic directions of developing an Engaged Community, ACDO will strategise and facilitate the building of greater public, private and people partnerships to broaden and deepen the support base for arts and culture. As part of the team, you will oversee the implementation of MICA’s stakeholder engagement plan as well as build cultural philanthropy efforts to enhance sustainability for the sector. You will cultivate supporters and ambassadors of culture among key industrial leaders and decision makers. In addition, you will promote deeper appreciation for Singapore’s cultural and creative industry, and develop greater awareness for MICA’s efforts in this landscape.
 
 
Job Requirements :  
- A good university degree

- At least 5 years of work experience. Knowledge and experience in marketing and fund-raising practices, especially for the arts and heritage industry, will be an advantage.

- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Good project management, writing and communications skills. Candidates who are IT-savvy will be at an advantage.
