Azerbaijan passes Law on Culture, despite questions from ruling party

The Azerbaijani parliamentarians have adopted the Law on Culture in the third (final) reading. Parliamentary Culture Committees chairman Nizami Jafarov thanked all the MPs and relevant structures, which contributed to drafting of the new law.
