The 2013 Human Development Report  "The Rise of the South: Human Progress in a Diverse World"  will be launched on Thursday 14 March 2013, 12:00 PM EST/4:00 PM GMT in Mexico City by President Enrique Pea Nieto of Mexico and UNDP Administrator Helen Clark.
