The Ministry of Culture will present Brazilian cultural policies built with society participation.
On Thursday 28 March, Deputy Secretary of the Department of Cultural Policies of the Ministry of Culture (MinC), Américo Córdula, will show in the World Social Forum 2013, in Tunisia, how Brazilian cultural policies were the result of direct involvement of the society.

The World Social Forum 2013 is a meeting to exchange experiences and articulation of social movements, networks, NGOs and other civil society organizations until Saturday 30 March in Tunis.

Among the policies that will be presented by the Ministry of Culture are the National Culture System (CNS), the National Culture Plan (NHP), the Culture Voucher and the Cultura Viva Program.

The theme of the exhibition of the Ministry of Culture is: "Participatory Processes in the Construction of Brazilian Cultural Policies" starting with main participatory platforms: culture conferences (local, state and national) for preparation of the National Culture Plan (NHP), online public consultations as regards the discussion on the Civic Framework for Internet, the reform of the Copyright Law and the PNC, National Council for Cultural Policy, with debates on sectoral plans and goals of the PNC. These are actions that have as guidelines social inclusion, participation and democratization of Brazilian society.
