Join IFACCA now to maximise the benefits of the next World Summit

IFACCA,
09 May 2013, International

If your ministry, arts council or arts organisation is not already a member of IFACCA, you will get even more out of participating in the Santiago World Summit if you join IFACCA in the next few weeks.

Organisations that join IFACCA in 2013 as national or affiliate members will be able to take advantage of discounts on World Summit registration and special member events (such as the General Assembly, Members’ lunch, regional meetings and other VIP activities) scheduled to coincide with the World Summit.  In fact, national members from developing countries will be offered one free registration and the chance to participate in the World Summit travel bursary program on the condition that their membership is confirmed by 1 June 2013.

National members are national arts councils or government agencies whose primary role it is to support the arts and culture through funding and/or promotion. National members have voting rights and are required to make appropriate financial contributions to support the Federation. Affiliate members are organisations or individuals committed to public support for the arts including international, national or sub-national arts support or service agencies, public or private cultural foundations or arts endowments, and individuals or institutions (public or private) involved in promotion, policy or research about arts and culture.

So, if you enjoy receiving ACORNS or reading our D’Art research reports, and wish to share information and expertise with the international arts policy community, then consider becoming an IFACCA member.  You can see our current members here.

For more information on the benefits of membership, please see http://www.ifacca.org/membership/benefits/ .
