Irate Cont blasts minister for sleeping on the job

Veteran arts administrator, Cont Mhlanga, has lambasted culture minister Andrew Langa for sleeping on his job, following the deportation last week of 44 foreign artistes invited for the Umoja - The Flying Carpet cultural exchange programme in Zimbabwe.
