Education in the arts is more important today than it has ever been. To move ahead in the global economy and for Samoa to partake in entrepreneurial enterprises we need to build a super smart and imaginative society dominated by free thinkers and innovators. It is the magical combination of knowledge and skills when coupled with creativity that transforms the way we communicate and do business. In order to be successful Samoan children will need to be inventive, resourceful, and imaginative and the best way to develop creativity is through exposure to arts in their educational curriculum.
