Federal Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Minister Senator Pervaiz Rashid Monday said culture had made it easier for people to understand one another in a better way, thus enabling them to overcome cultural barriers.
Addressing the First Plenary Session of 6th Asia-Europe (ASEM) Culture Ministers Conference here, the minister said culture diversity was the fundamental feature of the worlds cultures and the form of manifestation of the world civilisation. It was a source of innovation, inspiration and progress for human society, he added.
