In accordance with art. 20 para. (1) of the Ordinance no. 2 of 30 January 2008 amending and supplementing Ordinance no. 51/1998 on improving the financing of cultural programs and projects, the director of the National Cultural Fund Administration is assisted by a council of 11 members with voting rights, of which 7 are appointed by the Minister of Culture, on proposals by NGOs so as to ensure proportional representation of all areas of culture.
Culture Minister invites NGOs to submit nominations in culture to form the National Cultural Fund Administration Council for the period 2016-2017, according to the law.
