Culture and Creativity Program urges the 50 leaders in the field of culture in six Eastern Partnership countries adhere to its program of cultural leadership.
The program is free and focuses on capacity building for managers in advertising, architecture, archives, museums, galleries and libraries, arts, audiovisual industry, craftsmanship, design, fashion, festivals, cinema, video games, heritage, IT, music, art theater, photography, publishing, radio and TV public, private sector and NGOs.
