Council members at today's first session, approved the change of status of the Government Council for Culture and decided to set up temporary working groups to prepare a law on the Fund to support minority cultures, for recasting the regulation of audiovisual and media services for the coordination of grant schemes in the field of culture and the strategy to protect cultural heritage.
