State Secretary of the Ministry of Culture Andrei Chistol participated on 13-15 June, at the meeting the members of the Steering Committee for Heritage, Culture and Landscape of the Council of Europe (CDCPP) in Strasbourg, French Republic.
During the meeting, members of the Committee (CDCPP) discussed the work schedule and calendar of meetings for the period 2016-2017. Also they were held work sessions in which experts representatives of the member countries of the Council of Europe discussed topics on the indicator for Culture and Democracy, the draft strategy for the European cultural heritage in the XXI century, as well as national policies for implementation the European landscape Convention (conferences, wokshop sites). The topics addressed in the discussions focused information systems and networks of European Cultural Heritage HEREIN, Compendium on cultural policies and the European Heritage Days as well as cooperation in the field of digitization of cultural heritage.
Also in the meeting, Committee members (CDCPP) revised program and budget for 2016-2017, culture, heritage and landscape, in this regard, experts submitting a report to cultural activities to be financed from the budget. However, experts in the field indicative budget planned by the years 2017-2019.
