Paul Goranović, Minister of Culture, spoke today at a press conference on the occasion of the presentation of the publication "The cultural life of students in Montenegro". Goranović Minister said that the analysis and evaluation of the state of the cultural life of students in the country are necessary, in order to have a realistic overview of the situation and to determine strategic directions in this area.
