As a prelude to the inauguration of the Museum of Black civilizations scheduled this coming November, the Ministry of Culture and Communication is organizing an International Conference of foreshadowing of the Museum of Black Civilization in Dakar.
In preparation for this important event, the Scientific Committee held a press conference on Monday 25 July at 16h 30 at the Museum of Black civilizations.
