We are very pleased to welcome the Ministry of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires as an Affiliate Member of the Federation. The Ministry designs and implements policies, standards and projects that develop and preserve the cultural infrastructure and heritage of the City of Buenos Aires; promotes cultural activities; provides training; fosters and stimulates artistic creation and scientific development; and manages the operations and programming of cultural institutions in the city, including the Teatro Colón and the Theater Complex of the City of Buenos Aires.
