El Gobierno Nacional continúa buscando alternativas que permitan mitigar el impacto del COVID-19 en el sector cultura. El día de hoy, la ministra de Cultura, Carmen Inés Vásquez, anunció durante el programa presidencial emitido por el canal institucional que, a las medidas establecidas en el Decreto 475 de 2020, se suma un nuevo mecanismo que busca auxiliar a los artistas y gestores culturales más vulnerables del país, a través del programa Ingreso Solidario.
