The Council for Culture makes an urgent appeal to Minister Van Engelshoven (OCW) to give the cultural and creative sector time, confidence and resources to experiment with new working methods and new revenue models. In addition, a broader cultural budget and a broader range of financing instruments are necessary to make the sector healthy in the longer term.
