The French Embassy and French Institute in South Africa (IFAS) have initiated a mapping study of the creative and cultural industries in South Africa, with an initial focus on the museum and fashion sectors. The aim of this study is to develop a digital platform/tool that can be used by local and international audiences who want to gain a full understanding of how these industries are structured, who the relevant players are, and what kinds of projects those players could be contacted for.
