March 13, 2021 marked the anniversary of the establishment of a state of emergency in Estonia. The country closed again due to infection rates that are among the highest in the world. This is the first place that Estonia did not want and there is cause for concern. For much of 2020, we were also leaders, but in something else - in open life. When restrictions and movement bans applied elsewhere, you could go to a theater, exhibition, school, cinema and concert in Estonia.
