Cultura tem um papel vital na coesão territorial

A Ministra da Cultura, Graça Fonseca, afirmou que a área governativa da Cultura deve «promover o desenvolvimento de uma cultura de responsabilidade social e de impacto territorial alargado, mostrando confiança na capacidade da cultura imaginar métodos novos e concretos para resolver problemas».
