Not an elitist high culture for the few, not a touristic cultural politics for the tourists, not a homogenized traditional culture for the right wing. But a multitude of cultural production coming from a multitude of off-spaces, socio-cultural centres, free theatre groups, small concert spaces, techno-political networks, free radios, critical bookstores, disobedient publishing platforms…
