Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Duc Tho gave a speech at the national conference on the implementation of Resolution No. 13 - NQ/TW which is focused on socio-economic development and national defence in the Mekong Delta to 2030 and a vision to 2045 to preserve and promote the value of natural and cultural heritages and culture of the nation.
In his speech, Le Duc Tho mention many activities to preserve and promote natural and cultural heritages of the province, including propagating content about cultural values and the importance of culture in all people's lives, and encouraging schools to organise extra-curricular activities at local historical and cultural relics.
