Singapore has appointed a Permanent Delegate to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), Mrs Rosa Huey Daniel. Mrs Daniel is currently chief executive of the National Arts Council and dean of the Culture Academy at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
