The draft law seeks the transformation of the Ministry of Culture to the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Knowledge – Mi CASa to recognize the diversity, knowledge, cultures, heritage, and the different experiences and ways of living in Colombia that will allow to build peace from culture. In additon, this law will advance culture through four axes as central objectives for social change: culture of peace; Colombia on the planet and in the world; living memory; and the arts, artists and lifelong learning.
