The Ministry of Culture and the Central Reserve Bank (BCR) presented, on October 21, the National Registry of Arts and Cultural Professionals (RENTCA), an initiative that seeks to identify, dignify and promote the Salvadoran artistic and cultural sector. The initiative arises in response to the mandate of the Culture Law, which recognizes the cultural and artistic diversity of the territory, in addition to its contribution to the development of El Salvador.
