For her upcoming report to the Human Rights Council, to be presented in March 2023, the Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights, Ms. Alexandra Xanthaki, will consider the respect, protection and fulfilment of the cultural rights of persons in the context of migration. To inform her report, the Special Rapporteur warmly invites States, regional and local governments, international and regional organizations, National Human Rights Institutions, equality bodies, academics and civil society organizations, UN agencies, funds and programmes and other interested stakeholders to share relevant information.
