On the sidelines of the 18th session of the Francophone Summit held on the island of Djerba, the Minister of Cultural Affairs, Dr. Hayat Katat Al-Qarmazi, met with the Minister of Youth and Culture of the Republic of Djibouti, Dr. Hbo Moamen Assaoui, and her accompanying delegation on Sunday, November 20, 2022, to discuss ways to expand cooperation between the two countries in the creative fields; to put forward a number of practical proposals to advance the pattern of cultural exchange; and to consider the possibility of identifying common directions for the next stage.
