On May 22, 2023, the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and the Arab Organization for Education, Culture, and Science organised at the headquarters of “ALECSO” the second high-level forum to introduce the comprehensive plan for modernised Arab culture, which continued Tuesday, May 23, 2023, under the supervision of the Minister of Cultural Affairs, Dr. Hayat. Qattat al-Qarmazi and the general director of the organisation, Dr. Mohamed Ould Omar.
