In 2024, Arts Council Norway is announcing NOK 3.6 million to build up and strengthen both new and established cultural actors in the Sami, Kven, Norwegian-Finnish and Forest Finnish communities. The funds are distributed with NOK 2 million for development grants for cultural actors and NOK 1.6 million for ARENA, which is the grant scheme for buildings and infrastructure. Overall, the schemes provide room for development in organisation, expertise, content, buildings and meeting places for cultural actors.
