How much do developers earn? Does their reward reflect the value they create? After examining the 2023 project reports, we learned that a third of the funds allocated by the Lithuanian Council for Culture were paid to the creators in total. Using the data of not only the council, but also those of other institutions, we were able to assess the problems associated with the distribution of these finances. The analysis was carried out by Marija Pečiulytė, Adviser of the Monitoring and Analysis Division of the Lithuanian Council for Culture.
