On 12/11 day, in Hanoi, the Culture and Arts Magazine (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) organized a workshop with the theme: "Young talents - Creative resources and development of culture and arts".

The workshop aimed to evaluate and analyze the role and current status of young talents in preserving and promoting traditional cultural and artistic values, and contemporary cultural and artistic creation, helping managers, researchers, as well as local authorities and cultural and artistic practitioners to better identify the importance and significance of young human resources in cultural and artistic creation.
