British Council are looking to commission a supplier to provide analysis on the region's cultural policies, decision making processes and compared politics, to support the spread of good practices and facilitate policy development. The information in the final report aims to be used as a consultation tool for authorities, institutions, collectives, professionals, art managers, students, researchers, and anyone involved in the design and development of cultural policies.
