We have now entered the election year and at the same time the last year of this parliamentary term. Elected assemblies in the state, regions and municipalities are implementing their last election promises while new ones are being formulated for the future. Cultural policy is usually not on the top list of either voters' or political parties' most important issues. But who knows? Maybe it will happen this time.
