The budget allocated to the cultural sector will exceed the threshold of one billion lei this year. At the same time, the increase in the reference value of the salary will allow an average increase of about 10% in the incomes of employees in the field of culture. On the occasion of the National Culture Day, the Minister of Culture, Cristian Jardan, held a press conference, during which he presented the balance of the ministry’s activities for the year 2025, as well as the main strategic priorities for 2026, reports IPN.
