In a report that the Swedish Arts Council, together with the Swedish Arts Grants Committee, commissioned the Swedish Defence Research Agency to produce, discusses perspectives on the threat picture, legislation and administrative policy. The report shows perspectives and challenges that require continued work to maintain freedom of expression and artistic freedom as far as possible in the event of war – but also for people to be able to take part in the art and culture they want.
