One of the five pillars of our EDI Implementation Plan is ‘Defining the Arts and Artistic Quality’ with an action to carry out a large scale research project, including consultations with the sector, on emerging artforms and genres. The research explored the parameters and evaluated the impact of expanding the definition of the arts, in line with the definition of the arts in the Arts Act.
