22nd ENCATC Annual Conference: 'New Challenges for the Arts: Is it just about money?'

ENCATC, the leading European network on cultural management and cultural policy education, will hold its 22nd Annual Conference "New Challenges for the Arts: Is it just about money?" from 17-19 September 2014 in Brno, Czech Republic.

This major international event will bring together academics, researchers, cultural managers, policy makers, students, and artists to discuss and explore new challenges facing the arts. Furthermore, the themes of the conference will focus on the social, aesthetic and economic aspects of arts management in the public and private sectors and will influence the future development of emerging arts management higher education and job markets in Europe and beyond.

The Conference will also offer an opportunity for members of the eight ENCATC Thematic Areas to organise seminars, study visits and to invite prominent guest speakers in their specific field.
