The 7th EU-China Culture Dialogue with topic "Art Changes Life" will be held in Guiyang, in Guizhou Province in China, from 17th to 20th of November 2015. It is jointly organized by the Chinese National Academy of Arts (CNAA) and EUNIC China Cluster and the Guizhou Provincial Department For Culture. The Dialogue will discuss the contribution that art and artists make to life and influence that art exerts to the real life in China and Europe.
